Email the ratified contract and the items below to office@locustgrovetitle.com or give us a call. We'll confirm receipt the same business day and send opening packets to all parties.

What to send with a new order

  • Ratified contract (all pages, signed and dated)
  • Buyer and seller full legal names and contact information
  • Lender contact (if financed) and loan officer / processor
  • Co-op agent contact information
  • Earnest money details (held by listing brokerage or our office)
  • Any addenda, contingency removals, or repair agreements
