What to send with a new order
- Ratified contract (all pages, signed and dated)
- Buyer and seller full legal names and contact information
- Lender contact (if financed) and loan officer / processor
- Co-op agent contact information
- Earnest money details (held by listing brokerage or our office)
- Any addenda, contingency removals, or repair agreements
